At CWILS, we believe that true leadership is built when women lift each other, mentor the next generation, and drive inclusion at every level. We exist to empower, inspire, and support women across Africa to rise into leadership with confidence, courage, and community.
OUR STORY
2016 to present
Founded in 2016 by FabAfriq Media Group, Corporate Women in Leadership emerged from a powerful vision: to support over 1000 African women in reaching new heights by 2025. Through mentorship, career development programs, leadership conferences, and networking events, CWILS equips women with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive.
Rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our work promotes gender equality, empowers women in leadership positions, and nurtures a more inclusive corporate environment across Africa.
